- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One week ago, today, I had a photofacial. It was a bit intense (ie - not very comfortable at all!). Carris was very professional and encouraging throughout the procedure, letting me know how much more I had to endure! ;) The next few days I had quite a bit of facial swelling, especially under my eyes and eyelids. I am slowly incorporating the skin care products, to ensure I don't have reactions to any of the products. So far, so good. My face (skin) now feels pretty good. I have to say that in the three times I have been to the Skin Rhum, I had to wait up to 25 minutes for my appointments which is a bit disappointing. I look forward to seeing the new clinic location and hope the wait times will be reduced in the future.by Nancy VokeyJanuary 22, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Find any other doctor! My son was referred to her for a skin rash. I came 10 minutes early to my appointed and she was over an hour and a half late. When I told the staff I needed to leave they told me they would charge me $150 for being a no show..Excuse me...I did show up on time...why couldnt she? I had to leave my teen son there alone in the room while I left to make it to my next appt elsewhere. 13 people in the waiting room and not one person was called in during that time. I won't be following her recommendation for treatment(which was almost $400 in medication) and have asked my doctor for a new referral to a different doctor. UPDATE November 2017...rash cleared up with $7 antiobiotic from a better dermatologist*by Ms. TJanuary 16, 2017
